Julia Terese, MS, RDN, LD, IBCLC of South Carolina. She specializes in lactation and infant feeding in medically complex and high-risk populations, including NICU graduates, infants with feeding tubes, and children with aerodigestive disorders.

Julia works within multidisciplinary specialty clinics and focuses on supporting breastfeeding and human milk feeding while optimizing growth, safety, and transitions from enteral to oral feeding. She is an experienced educator and invited speaker who provides evidence-based, clinically applicable education for IBCLCs and other healthcare professionals. Her passion is supporting medically fragile children and their families as they navigate their unique feeding journeys.
