Dr. Jessica Daigle is a board-certified pediatrician, neonatal/pediatric hospitalist, and the Founder & CEO of Mom & Me MD, a platform dedicated to supporting families from the NICU to home. A mother of two preemies, including a NICU graduate, she blends her lived experience with her medical expertise to transform care for families and the professionals who serve them.
Through Mom & Me MD, Dr. Daigle is building a hybrid in-person and virtual care model for NICU graduates—helping families navigate feeding, growth, and development while prioritizing mental health and well-being.
Her passion for supporting families on their feeding journey inspired her upcoming book, You’re More Than a Boob: Giving Yourself Grace on Your Breastfeeding Journey (Spring 2026), which encourages mothers through education, empowerment, and grace—affirming that breastfeeding is powerful, but it doesn’t define one’s worth as a mother.
Dr. Daigle is a nationally recognized speaker and educator who trains healthcare professionals, doulas, and birth workers in family-centered, compassionate care, grounded in cultural sensitivity and trauma-informed communication. She has presented at the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) Conference, Hand to Hold’s NICU Mental Health Conference, and the Black Maternal Mental Health Summit. She was the closing keynote for the 2025 GOLD Online Neonatal Conference and will serve as the keynote speaker for Once Upon A Preemie’s 4th Annual Black Maternal Health & Neonatal Equity Conference.
She is also the author of Anchored In Hope: A NICU Parent’s Devotional (2025), a 30-day resource of scripture, reflection, and encouragement for NICU families. Her expertise has been featured in Neonatology Today, the Dear NICU Mama Podcast, All About Pregnancy & Birth with Dr. Nicole Rankins, and The Birth Trauma Mama Podcast.
Through her clinical practice, writing, and speaking, Dr. Daigle is committed to creating spaces where every parent—whether breastfeeding, pumping, formula-feeding, or combination-feeding—feels seen, supported, and empowered.
She resides in South Atlanta with her husband and two children. Connect with her on LinkedIn or Instagram.
